Actually is no longer 2 years, but 3 months.. to sell Steam Power.
1/13th per 7 days, or just over 3 months, to completely power down.

I'm sorry this is not more clear and it needs to be more clear on the site, because in a previous version, it did in fact take 2 years.. but no more.
