I just tried logging out of steemit and copying the ****** form of the password into the wallet login page and it does not work

Ok, let’s talk through this: how do you normally sign into Steemit?
If you have been relying on the browser saving your passwords, what browser is it?
Do you have your keys possibly saved anywhere else?
I figured out how to extract it and found also that chromes password manager is glaringly insecure
