Welcome back! As far as important changes go, we went through 2 hardforks that changed the reward system (50/50 author/curator payout, convergent linear reward curve and free downvotes) and that destroyed bid bots.
Thank you, @techcoderx. I wasn't a huge fan of bid bots so that works out great.
