Find below a list of the most useful posts of recent days - ones that will help you in your STEEM/STEEMIT journey.

Special Crap: Want 1 Million Steem? Why Do We Always Jump To The Nth Solution? "Exhaust The First Obvious Simple Comedy Solution!"

Author: @surpassinggoogle
Description: @surpassinggoogle is a hard working community builder - his very supportive comments are always positive and provide author's with very helpful feedback. In this post he lays down the hard-cold facts about earning on STEEMIT - he tells his readers that there is no easy road, one must set goals and work to achieve them - they need to make connections, and build a real reputation on the platform - no time for belly-aching, get in there and do it!

People I met in the park. 공원에서 만난 사람들

Author: @slowwalker
Description: .. this post by @slowwalker, an accomplished Steemian, provides a great example of what @surpassinggoole was speaking about. A day in the park turned into a beautiful little shareable journey - definitely not something slapped together with no thought - from the photographs to his included reflections on what he had seen, this is a wonderful piece of work. This is a great example to all Steemians on how they can turn an afternoon into an artful post.

Joe Rogan will bring One Million Followers to Steemit

Author:@richardcrill
Description:@richardcrill Another great contributor to the STEEMIT community .. prolific positive commenter and always seeking opportunities to support GROWTH-oriented individuals and projects! In this late night video Richard shares some very cool thoughts on how we can move the STEEM phenom forward. Sharing his thoughts on the success of Joe Rogan, and how his presence (or his like) on STEEM would literally blow this place up. The reason this post, and those above are included in my usual collection of useful-information, is that they all provide readers with insights into the proper spirit-of-this-thing we love so much - with these healthy thoughts and strong work ethic, we will not only succeed individually, but collectively.

Trader Introductory to Steem

Author: @jontrader
Description:This was the first, and currently only post by @jontrader .. in which he lays down out some indicators he used to make a series of crypto-currency trades. The post did not include every thought the author had during these trades, but instead focused on these charts, in a very dispassionate manner, leading him to make correct decisions - this is the essence of a proper trading mindset. We encourage and look forward to many more posts by @jontrader! There are many fledging traders on the platform that could use this kind of clear guidance.

IDEA: Re-Engage Existing Users!

Author: @kurtbeil
Description: @kurtbeil provides with some idea of the number of users who have signed up to STEEMIT but who have not really found their footing - many accounts have been created but remain dormant. In this post Kurt suggest that STEEMIT Inc. use the informatio collected at sign-up to reach out to these users and ask them politely to get off their asses and get in the game! Fundamentally this is a very good idea, as having an active existing user (hopefully investing user), is as good as a new one. I believe the suggestion he makes at the end of the post - to offer STEEM to these inactive users, is probably made as a joke, as it would be unrealistic.

What we know about EOS so far

Author: @cryptofunk
Description: STEEMIT has been abuzz lately due to the fast approaching Offical Launch & White Paper for Dan Larimer's new project EOS. @cryptofunk provides us a breakdown of known knowns, which we very much appreciate. Another useful post was made by @offialfuzzy, pointing people to the Telegram chat for the EOS project .. https://steemit.com/beyondbitcoin/@officialfuzzy/why-aren-t-you-in-the-telegram-for-dan-larimers-new-superchain-eos-project - check it out and give support to the co-founder of STEEM/STEEMIT, and the main man behind the STEEM blockchain's design.

MAX Payouts & Maintaining a Healthy Rewards Pool

Author: @zentat & @inertia
Description: Yep, we had to get @inertia in here somewhere! ;-) @zentat offers some thoughts on MAX PAYOUTS, inspired by experiments done by @inertia - it is an interesting premise that the community could enjoy increased harmony, and the rewards pool could be made healthier, with some self-policing - authors setting the upper limit of what their posts are worth, in their eyes; an expression of humility, which itself might be rewarded. Interesting stuff gents.
