Description: .. this post by @slowwalker, an accomplished Steemian, provides a great example of what @surpassinggoole was speaking about. A day in the park turned into a beautiful little shareable journey - definitely not something slapped together with no thought - from the photographs to his included reflections on what he had seen, this is a wonderful piece of work. This is a great example to all Steemians on how they can turn an afternoon into an artful post.

Trader Introductory to Steem
Description:This was the first, and currently only post by @jontrader .. in which he lays down out some indicators he used to make a series of crypto-currency trades. The post did not include every thought the author had during these trades, but instead focused on these charts, in a very dispassionate manner, leading him to make correct decisions - this is the essence of a proper trading mindset. We encourage and look forward to many more posts by @jontrader! There are many fledging traders on the platform that could use this kind of clear guidance.
IDEA: Re-Engage Existing Users!
Description: @kurtbeil provides with some idea of the number of users who have signed up to STEEMIT but who have not really found their footing - many accounts have been created but remain dormant. In this post Kurt suggest that STEEMIT Inc. use the informatio collected at sign-up to reach out to these users and ask them politely to get off their asses and get in the game! Fundamentally this is a very good idea, as having an active existing user (hopefully investing user), is as good as a new one. I believe the suggestion he makes at the end of the post - to offer STEEM to these inactive users, is probably made as a joke, as it would be unrealistic.

MAX Payouts & Maintaining a Healthy Rewards Pool
Description: Yep, we had to get @inertia in here somewhere! ;-) @zentat offers some thoughts on MAX PAYOUTS, inspired by experiments done by @inertia - it is an interesting premise that the community could enjoy increased harmony, and the rewards pool could be made healthier, with some self-policing - authors setting the upper limit of what their posts are worth, in their eyes; an expression of humility, which itself might be rewarded. Interesting stuff gents.
