I like dtube most so far.. ever since youtube start to make monetizing difficult for people....
As a plankton on Steemit, I've been struggling to make a decent amount to powerup SP.
But of course my posting needs alot of improvements as well. Smartcash is also something I look at.

The YouTube problems keep getting worse for sure. My channel that I talk about crypto has over 2,900 subs and a lot of engagement and they won't monetize me for no actual reason. It is really aggravating. Enough to mainly focus on STEEM and throw videos up on YouTube as a secondary thing to just pull people to STEEM. I get what you are saying about dMania but to me it is more about if the layout works better for meme's and it is a test in a lot of ways.
I'm going through some financial challenges.. and am looking at alternative ways of making money. You can think of me as one of those unbankable persons... sad.. i know.. but i need to climb back out of the "black hole". Master Node is out of my reach... I will need to work at Smart Rewards.... so far collected 21 Smarts only.. haha.. and I'm mining to get something like 2 Smarts a day...

Youtube latest monetization policy needs you to have 1000 subs and something like 400 hours of view time over the last 12 months. so Maybe your view hours not reached yet?
Nah my view time is through the roof. I have always been way over the threshold on that channel before they changed the rules and then was way beyond it after they upped the standards.
They are just dragging their feet. Also I'm already a YouTube partner on 2 other channels and was getting consistent AdSense payouts for those so I don't know why it wasn't automated to just add this channel but unfortunately they have basically caused people years of work and then just pulled the rug.
Yeah hopefully overtime you can keep building up on these platforms and stacking crypto.
Very nice to have a youtube channels already monetizing.. adsense isnt easy on blogs too...
