ELI5: What does Upvoting 3.45% mean?
Hello,
I'm new to steem and was wondering was Upvoting in some percentage means? I have seen a lot of comments where someone wrote 'upvoted your post by x.xx%'. I was just wondering, does it interact with steem power?
And how can I see and change my voting power? I'm using mainly a web browser on steemit.com
Hope this aren't stupid questions 😅
