Hello, Rumal11 here, today I will talk about how to start the year with a new goal, Punctuality.
In past years we have done the same, we set ourselves goals that we probably can’t complete. Why? Perhaps you have set a goal a bit unrealistic, but today we must start thinking about things that are totally under our control, but that need effort to achieve the goal.
Punctuality
Everyone says that being punctual is super important and it is very unfortunate that in my country it is not something that is taken into account, it is more, I tell you a secret, in my country when a party is held or meeting is invited at early hours to get people to arrive on time, for example, we want to have a party at 9, so we say that the party will be at 8, so friendships arrive during that period and maybe they are all at the real time.
How to be punctual:
To be punctual you need to know the reason why you do not arrive on time: distraction, slowness, you get up late; you do not organize, among others.
I will start with a personal example, in this year I will propose to be punctual, because punctuality depends on me, and the reason why I am late is because of distraction, sometimes slowness and I might add that I do not organize my schedules. Achieving it is easy, we only have to make short objectives that help to achieve it, in this way you create the habit and it will be part of you; For example, be on time for 3 or 5 days in a row, focusing on getting to a place early, no matter what other things you have to do.
If you arrive late for distraction you must eliminate those distractions from your view, do not enter the facebook, tweet, youtube ... because these sites sometimes have interesting information that can get you hooked, focus on having an appointment, either to get to work, church, girl/boyfriend or whatever.
If you arrive late because of slowness, you must propose to act for a few days as if your life and the life of your relatives depended on you arriving on time, so you must act with energy and speed so as not to be killed by the mafia of time ... lol .
If you arrive late because you get up late you will have to go to bed earlier, that's all, just go to bed before 00:00, so if you go to bed at 2:30 AM and have an appointment at 8:00, first you will get up very tired because your body has not regained strength and this will make you slow and wake up late. So try this for 3 or 5 days so your body gets used to sleeping early.
If you do not organize well, that is, before an appointment you do a lot of things like, sweep, wash clothes, make breakfast, water the plants, among other activities; put ready (showered and with clothes on) as the main objective and the rest as secondary, in this way you can do other things while you watch the time you give to each activity, this way you will not be late for doing other things.
Well, the rest is left to your mind, find the reason and make a solution to do it for 3 days in a row, if you do 3 days in a row, it means you can always do it!
