"Blitzkrieg Bop" is the debut single by American punk rock band Ramones, released in 1976. It was written by Tommy Ramone, Dee Dee Ramone, Jeff Hyman and John Cummings and produced by Craig Leon and Tommy Ramone. "Blitzkrieg Bop" is featured on their Ramones album, released on April 23, 1976. Especially the kickoff chant of the song "Hey! Ho! Let's go!" has become a global anthemic cry at sporting events.

Without a doubt, "Blitzkrieg Bop" is one of the greatest Guitar songs of all time and again one of the greatest songs of all time. The song "Blitzkrieg Bop", recorded cheaply with limited resources and cheap instruments, managed to become the best song of all times with the amazing performance of Ramones. Although it did not find a place at the top of the charts when it was first released, it created a world beyond the charts on its own. It was greatly appreciated by the fans and especially "Hey! Ho! Let's go!" became an indispensable anthem of sporting events. If you attended sporting events during those years, you probably heard "Hey! Ho! Let’s go!" rallying cry.
