Well done Matt. After just a couple of months on the platform I came to the conclusion that Steemit could evolve into something quite different from simply being a social media platform.

It became clear that musicians and their fans could become island communities within the vast ocean of posts on steemit. I described it as a self-sustaining, self-perpetuating virtuous loop. It's a win-win for musicians and music lover.
