I daily make my time table and make up my mind that I will strictly stick to it but I fail to achieve it fully. Another day comes, same thing happens. But I am sure one day I will make it happen.
I understand exactly what you mean. That was me up until about 3 days ago. Now I just think less, and do more. Simple.
Decide early in the morning what it is you want to do, and then focus 100% on that task until you have gotten significant results.. Just full-out grind on it! You should see results then :)
