Waist Training with QUEENCORSETS
Here's some health information as far as your waist training journey is concerned. Below is an image of the torso of a person that doesn't waist train (left) and one who does (right).
FACT 1: A corset can not crush your ribs, or move your internal organs down to your hips.
The amount of pressure required to break a rib is so much that the discomfort alone would force you to take off the corset before you break a rib. You're more likely to get a broken rib from a punch or and accident than you are from a corset. All the corset deals with, is the fat around your torso. Your organs can't be moved out of place by an item of clothing. Did you know that pregnancy moves around your internal organs to make room for the baby? But we all know thousands of women who have had a had safe deliveries and went on to live normal lives.
FACT 2: To date, there has been no medical evidence to prove that waist training is hazardous to your health. Not a single person who has actually worn a corset has dispelled it's benefits. All the people who have spoken down on corsets and waist training, have never worn one. Not a single death or serious complication has been brought forward after all these centuries of the corsets existence.
FACT 3: You can breathe just fine in your corset. You won't experience any shortness of breath or suffocate UNLESS you are wearing your corset too tight. You corset if sized to give you maximum comfort.
