Thanx for this godly minded post @ejemai. My own view might be a fresher's (newbie as you call it.) Bring steem into limelight by showcasing it on local and international TV. Not many have android phones. If these set of people with 'torchlight' phones understand the meaning of steem, they will be provoked to get better phones for browsing. Let the program on TV be like - you invite someone that knows about this blockchain thing who can make people understand the need to invest in steemit and bring their business to steemit; with audience at the background, kind of discussion program. I feel 'Project#20millionnaija' will be a thing of the pass. Also questions and answers program. Everything should not be online, if we want to get more people. Steemians should be out in the streets for campaigns (as you were going round campuses in those days). Secondly, let there be automatic valuable votes for good posts. People are discouraged after binging valueable post and no one is voting them. We are praying that the sbd should be skyrocketed soon. Many that have left steemit will come back in full force.
