Pywit Update - Day 7/31

So today I did a bit more work on the python witness tool I've been setting up, and I've put up a preliminary (not a lot of features) version on GitHub so people can look, test, suggest, etc. So take a look at the repository here. I've named it pywit, taking the py from Python and the wit from witness of course. I'm planning on fleshing it out far more than conductor previously was, so check for updates often if this interests you!

This is built using @holger80's Beem, a replacement for steem-py.
