Pywit Update - A Tool for Witnesses - Day 12/31

Today I've finally got this update for you! I have release version 0.2.0 of pywit on github, with many updates to come! This initial version has basic witness tools like updating, enabling, and disabling, getting witness status, etc. Wallets are implemented but not many operations are available yet, they were implemented initially for witness updates. All of this is included in the README on Github.

I'm really excited about this release because it's the first tool I've built for fellow Steemians! Obviously this is pretty rough, and I'd appreciate any bugs or issues noted by users to be posted as comments or issues on Github. In the future, I'm going to add a lot more features! The first major update will hopefully include witness monitoring, price feeds, and calculating transaction costs in RC (because that's a tool I've been looking for :P). Please enjoy using the tool!

Install instructions: pip3 install -U git+https://github.com/gitschwifty/pywit.git
Requirements: Python3, for Mac Users you want gnureadline for autocompletion as well, so install pip3 install -U gnureadline
