After trading flat for a few hours the price made a hard bounce spiking though the 17k resistance and making a new local high at 17.5k satoshi. It then got quickly pulled back down and turned into a hard dump marking a new local low jsut a bit bellow the 16.3k support level, at 16.2k satoshi.
It since got pulled back up to the levels it was traded at yesterday and has been trading there since, at around 16.7k satoshi

Alike Poloniex, Bittrex also had a nice bounce, thou reaching only to 17.3k satoshi.
It did not have a hard dump after it, rather a retrace to yesterdays levels of around 16.7k satoshi where it has been traded since.

Overall volume about 8% higher then yesterday, $STEEM on 27th place on the volume rankings.
Poloniex volume about 6% higher then yesterday, ~114 BTC.
Bittrex volume about 20% higher then yesterday, ~17 BTC.

COMNMENT
On the daily, it looks like a swing low is forming, which could be indication for an comming uptrend
Down to the 4 hour chart..
Depending if the 16.3k support holds I'd see the price either starting a further downtrend stopping at about 16k tomorrow, on its way to the 15k.
If it holds I'd see it going to the 17.8l resistance tomorrow.
