I don't think that we will see steem at those level in a long time. If you look at the price history we already visited those ranges between September and January.
Right now steem is pumping at 0.28 USD (>2700 satoshis). If it forms a floor at 2500 satoshis there is no real resistence until we get to 4500.
In the last six months steem has shown a relative negative correlation with BTC...when BTC goes up Steem goes down or stagnates and viceversa. Right now BTC is taking a breather and steem is going up.
Anything is possible. The news about Tron is intriguing. Digesting that at the moment.
