STEEM - 14/20 witness voted for HF20 / Consolidation / Exchange wallet down effect
I m wondering if there's a market maker for steem/btc, there's alot of twist, turns and psychology games.
On daily candle, it did lag as mentioned and finally breakout on upside following btc. Now it's testing support and slow bleed effect cashing out.
On hourly candle, adjustment on triangle, let see if the consolidation will continue to move within and breakout within the next 24hrs or it might drag till very near the 25 Sep which is the HF20 activation if 17/20 of the top witness decided to vote for it (currently, 14/20) 3 more to go. With the lower entry barrier of steemit account creation, ppl wanting to buy won't be able to transfer to their steemit account and start using it for the time being. The price might not be so responsive as currently the exchange wallets are down for maintenance. Plus the huge stockpile from slow bleed effect. Depending on how the whale vol make their move, there might be some upside till 0.00014
