Any idea what the difference is between 22.2 and 22.4444 and if 22.4444 has continued the freezing of STINC's accounts?

All below 0.22.5 is fine at the moment.
Some witnesses changed it to 22.4444 because 4 has a special meaning in Azia.
I'm not 100% sure but I think the 0.22.4444 actually is the old 0.22.1 (before the soft-fork to 0.22.2).
