You can't compare it at all with Ethereum. Ethereum is not just a crypto currency. Right now it's mainly a platform to launch ICO's, and deploy smart contracts. It also does dapps, but to be fair, the scalability isn't there yet. So, Doge and Ethereum are totally different use cases.

Maybe it was Bitcoin cash but I think Dogecoin numbers are pretty decent.
