Abstract. Moneytronix is a real estate crowd funding platform built on graphene- blockchain technology. Providing a very unique user experience; investors will be able to see photos and detailed profiles of the exact properties / listings they are investing in and transact cryptocurrency on the same platform of the displayed visuals. The ability to provide media content and accept large transactions on one single platform is ideal in terms of real estate crowdfunding. Investors will get a comforting visual of the properties infrastructure they are investing in before directly sending payment, this is absolutely remarkable.

Introduction

Moneytronix Series LLC is a Delaware structured crowdfunding real estate investment company that is implementing the use of the Bitshares alternative trading system and the Steemit social media platform, in the process of fundraising and issuance of real state member ownership shares. Each are separated by series which represents a complete set of separate entities . Each series has it own set of member ownership shares , its own portfolio of properties , its own funding goals and its own limited currency supply as well as its own profit/Loss and distribution payouts. These graphene units of value softwares will be the underlying foundation of the Moneytronix user experience. Blockchain now allows the average investor to buy Member Ownership shares by completing verification Process’s such as K.Y.C/AML and appearing on a white List. This will allow them to purchase our tokens member ownership shares using other acceptable Cryptocurrencies. It also allows for early Liqidation or the decision to hold for the entire 24-36 Month period for a higher R.O.I....: Bitshares will be the core of the Moneytronix exchange. Bitshares provides easy user experience and high level security that is ideal for trading and the storage of funds. Steem will be used as the gateway to advertise actual property listings, and initial crowdfunding. Types of real world assets

Moneytronix currently has ownership, and access to thousands of properties across the world. Some of these properties are house foreclosures to be sold by the bank for only pennies on the dollar, others are commercial properties and luxury listings that will be managed and rented for tourist attraction. Moneytrontix is not limited to its listings based on price or geographical location.

Return on investment (R.O.I)

Customers will receive a R.O.I. on an average of (5-15%) (per share / token)(against the $) on their initial investment usually over a 24 - 36 month contract period. Although these shares (or tokens) will only be redeemed (bought back) by Moneytronix upon the fulfillment of the 24 - 36 month contract period. When you include the 5% discount at the beginning of the initial issuance , then our buy back of the member ownership share for its original principal plus another 10% this will total 15%. However, customers will have the ability to liquidate their shares anytime prior by trading these shares on the open market through the Moneytronix exchange which will be available on the Bitshares decentralized exchange and available at an initial discount of .95 cent on a dollar then giving customers the ability to mark up their discounted holdings of .95 to .96, .97 ,.98 caped at $1.02. Or hold long term for the entire terms 24-36 months when we buy it back for $1.10. Totaling $1.15 including the initial discounted issuance price. This will make investors feel more in control when investing in Moneytronix Member Ownership shares knowing they can opt in and out when they please through managed layers of liquidation.

As mentioned, through the Bitshares Alternative Trading System (and removal of third parties), Moneytronix is able to accept investors worldwide after completing KYC/AML and appearing on our white list . This is a typical mandatory requirement of some Blockchains that are compliant and respect the rules and regulations of governments. Furthermore, We must have the name or entity of anyone holding our share so we can properly issue any distribution payments or profits .By allowing all social classes around the world the chance to invest, Blockchain technology and Moneytronix is pulling down walls of restraint accommodating to a much larger customer demographic (99% of all people around the world now have the opportunity to be part of Moneytronix and the revolution of Blockchain technology).

Bitshares / Dapp development

Bitshares user friendly interface, and exchange, is the ideal platform of choice for Monetronix’s current business model. By giving any user the ability to issue their own asset (through the Bitshares UIA) Moneytronix can directly distribute a digital token that is representative of their member ownership shares in a particular series portfolio of real estate . The Moneytronix exchange will allow users to liquify these UIA’s for crypto trading with other users across markets. In further detail, of future ventures: the Moneytronix dapp log-in will include a rebranded UI with a white-label user interface, green buttons, and a Moneytronix logo. Then when users log-in, they will be redirected directly to the Moneytronix exchange (rather then finding the exchange in the search bar) with the exemption of Bitshares features that are not necessary for Moneytronix users specifically. The Moneytronix dapp will hold simplicity allowing users to plug data into the back end of the Bitshares software under a “rebranded UI”.

Steemit.com / Fundraising / Dapp development

The ability to post visual media content on a blockchain has never been possible until the creation of the steemit.com platform. Moneytronix will be posting pictures and detailed information (to steemit.com and moneytronix’s dapp) of its properties and listings then accepting the STEEM token for initial fundraising all on one platform. Customers will first go through a verification process (in-order to be KYC/AML compliant), then send their STEEM / BTS to a STEEM / BTS Moneytronix account (with their Bitshares user-name labeled in the memo), and finally Moneytronix will issue their real estate member ownership shares to their Bitshares account. The Moneytronix dapp will simply be used as a filter for steemit posts with a rebranded interface. This will allow users to navigate through the real estate listings with ease and the elimination of steemits access traffic.

Conclusion

Moneytronix is providing an entirely new user-experience to the world of real estate investing by allowing customers to see “posts” of media content (real estate properties), which will act as binding contracts submitted on a blockchain. These media post will direct / inform users of the properties details and the exact token that is representative as Member ownership shares of a particular series’s portfolio of property. Through a means of frictionless transaction, users will be able to visualize, invest, and sell real estate Member Ownership shares from the comfort of their home.
