Sleep is a powerful thing,i love when i get to my cot in my mini condo lol turn my laptop on and write my blog...Till my eyes start to get really heavy,i can drink the most strongest coffee and still be tired,I know people that can stay up for 3 days without sleep and i wonder how they can even go a night without it but it's called insomnia.I wonder if there's a study for people with it to help them get sleep

this is a great post, it's better that you can put a photo, you can edit it , if you want to copy photos from the web you can make it but put the image source, steem on :)
