We have to think long term. These are but ripples in the pond. Steemit should be thought of as a social platform first and an investment opportunity second. IMO. A success of the first will take care of the second.
Totally agree @meesterboom but this way of thinking is Utopia now, steemit have been introduced to others as a place where you can post and paid for it, other than some principle held by small group of steemian no one i know think about steemit as good social platform or even long investment opportunity for now.
True it doesn't have the shine for major investor to buy steem but who knows what might happen with the price drop when the thirteen week or down after the last hard fork is done. . All manner of crazy things could happen. I wouldn't write this platform off yet!!
