I agree with the comments but the content should be high quality and that is difficult to do 4 times per day. I am struggling to do it once and I have been in this game for 5 years.

@cryptos I think your breaking the spelling rules too...you've got a few typos in your article ;) No honestly, horses for courses. I'd break the rules and my back as a minnow, but as a whale, you need to maximise your assets with some kind of rule.
