Neither Steem nor Hive is the final solution to build an egalitarian Social Media

Thats not the reason, why i complain, that i can not get attention to my posts, because im too new in that, i can accept that i must give effort to create my own follower group. But i notice that some of old users, which have mor than tousend posts, and not a trash content creator are, can not get what they deserve.
Some guy had made photos of a little cat in an ordinary place and gained more than 50 dollars, other guy with almost same content gets nothing. Some of users with valuable posts are getting no reward, some getting to much for nothing. Something is discouraging in that. Well nothing against cats and beautiful girls by the way :) I like theme too.
The main idea is incredible, but it is not working well to discriminate the valuable from trash. The staking solution to give steem a real value is the enemy of that idea, that the interreaction between users is to find out the right content on thema and to create correct place to make possible to exchange data, knowledge and products related to thema. How can be the vote of someone, who had chance to invest in steem, more precious than who had no money to invest? How it is possible to establish the valuable content and to help it to fade more in this way? Maybe the people who has more money has wrong idea about the case?
This structure reminds me so strong the capitalistic financal manipulation on value. İt is no good. No good.

Not: look at that, i cant share the post, while i have no steem! Im just able to share once at two days! Is that fair? I should wait for hours to explain my thoughts, do we call it democratic and free?
