Is it realistic to become completely anonymous when using Bitcoin?

Bitcoin transactions can only be called private. They are not completely anonymous, which is very important to know when working with cryptocurrency. It is very difficult to completely cover up the traces of your cryptocurrency transactions, since all transfers in the Bitcoin network are permanently recorded in the open blockchain and are available for viewing by anyone.

Blockchain is not a guarantee of anonymity
Let's take a look at how you can most often find out who exactly is hiding behind a cryptocurrency wallet address.
In the "public ledger" of Bitcoin, you can find all wallet addresses that have ever participated in a transaction. Many crypto enthusiasts published their addresses on social networks to receive donations, that is, they can already be associated with the identity of a certain person.
If you have "lit" your wallet somewhere on the Internet, you can not count on anonymity.
All this also applies to working with exchanges - all major trading platforms require a trader's identity verification procedure in order to remove restrictions on the withdrawal of funds and provide more favorable conditions for trading.
There are exceptions among the platforms. We even wrote separate material about them. It contains exchanges that do not require documents for work, so it will probably come in handy.
