Coffee and Crypto Show Reveal and Steem Monsters Giveaway
Hey there my good friend. So glad you are here because I have something exciting to share. I reached out and published a post the other day asking for feedback on a new Steem show that I want to release. If you didn't see that post, feel free to check it out here.
I took the feedback that you had given me from that post and combined it with divine inspiration that I had the other day while I was messaging back and forth with my wife. Sarrah and I message each other from separate rooms in the house at night when the kids are falling asleep, but anyways...
While in the midst of communicating with each other, we started talking about how we miss worship at church from not attending recently. It's been an adjustment with our new son and we are working on getting used to the new normal. I had an idea for a new ministry that we could start called Coffee and Crypto. We could go around handing out free coffee and amounts of cryptocurrency to people in need. It would be awesome.
Then I thought.. wait a minute. That's it! That is the name for my new Steem show! Of course, I still want to start up a ministry along those lines, but I want to start off by producing a show that will inspire, educate, and entertain you folks on in the Steem community and also outside of the community.
Coffee and Crypto! I'm so excited to release the first episode. But, before I do, I want to explain what you can expect from these shows. First of all, I am a coffee enthusiast (leave a comment below if you love coffee!) so my aim will be to drink some sort of coffee while the episode is being filmed. Second, I will be discussing a wide range of topics related to cryptocurrency such as pricing, news, exchanges, and big name influencers in the industry.
These crypto topics will be filmed in the form of trivia games where I give away prizes, as well as interviews with other's who love cryptocurrency as much as I do. Yes, there will be A LOT of talk about Steem since it is my favorite of all the cryptos.
With all that said, I want to release the first Coffee and Crypto show coming up here soon. The first cryptocurrency that I would like to focus on is Bitcoin. Bitcoin was the very first cryptocurrency that I invested in. I went onto Coinbase, hooked up my checking account, and purchased like $8.79 worth of Bitcoin.
From that moment, I was hooked. I started reading and viewing every piece of information I could find on cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. So, I would like to dedicate the first episode of C&C to Bitcoin because that is the first coin I had ever heard of and it is the pioneer coin that has paved the road for the altcoins to drive down.

Is there something you don't understand or would just like some more clarity on? Or, is there an interesting topic about Bitcoin that you think needs to see the spotlight? Hey Ken! That is a great name for the show. I am excited to watch it. Although I don't drink coffee, I do love crypto! lol :) BTC is a great first topic, because it is the king! Question for you, is how long do you think it will remain the king? Are there others you think can take the "King" spot? ETH, or example?

Hello Friend!! How nice that you are adapting to the new life with the baby, how do you behave? God bless your family, I like the idea you have, distribute coffee and guide about crypto is a great project.
I know that your videos will be in English and unfortunately I will not understand anything, but the same luck.

Oh wow @kenmelendez , this new show Coffee & Crypto sounds great, I cant wait for the show to start , I really love my coffee lol! My questtion about Bitcoin is, I noticed the price dropped again today , Boo Hoo😭 How much lower do you think it will go, and do you expect a rebound any time soon !? This sounds like a great show! Love the name! I laos love your love of Steem Monsters! A topic I would Love is what i sthe best way to use it- via what card for example I use Coinbase and a Shift Visa card if I want to use my Bitcoin to buy anything but maybe there is better out there- I know Coinbase isn't too great.

Hey Ken, first time coming across your blog. That’s actually a great ministry idea. Crypto is a great way to give to people in need. I know what you mean by missing worship at church. My wife and I stopped going for a while after our daughter was born too. But it’s a wonderful feeling to be part of worshipping again each Sunday. Blessings.
