You are a man: If you remain serene even when others doubt and you forgive them.
You are a man: If you believe in yourself, even when others doubt you and you forgive them.
You are a man: If you wait without awakening, if in the face of triumph and disaster you remain impassive, if you have not been contaminated by the lies that surround you.
At the age of forty-five any man who appreciates himself in something has already accumulated on his head a crown of thorns, the problem then is to know how to wear it with grace.
Someone said that when man measured time he did not realize that he also measured his own life.
The perverse man is known in a single day, to know the just man requires time.
