Don't send SBD to Swap Tools... yet

A few while ago, the SBD swaps are disabled, and @starrouge sent some SBDs two days ago.

The tool actually crashed a bit and failed to include it in the database, because the ticker SBD/ETH actually returned NULL somehow, throwing an exception that the "NaN" cannot be put into the database.

I have to manually fix this and refunded the transaction.

So, for now, please don't send any SBD to the swap tools, thank you. (I 've also fixed the error when ticker returns NULL).
