Each Christmas we celebrate the life of Jesus Christ the Light of the World By following His teachings we let His light shine in our lives and in the lives of others.This Christmas season use the calendar for inspiration as you plan activities to help Light The Word by serving those in need.As you and your family perform an act of service color the day when you completed it Sit down with your family and plan a simple act of kindness or a good deed for every single day as we count the days til Christmas!

What you can do.
1.Compliment someone today.
2.Send a message of comfort to random friends on social media
3.Gather your family for a special dinner and make a video call to other family members who are in abroad.
4.Offer food to friend neighbor or coworker.
5.Write stories from the lives of your parents and what you have learned from those experiences.
6.Be a friend to somebody who is different.
7.Offer to help your parents by taking care of your younger siblings
8.Give a treat to someone who does not treat you well.
9.Donate toys to children who are struggling with on illness.
10.Read the scripture daily as a family.
11.Talk to a distant family member get information that you could include on your family tree.
12.Send a message to somebody who recently lost a loved one.
13.Express gratitude to your family by willingly doing household chores.
14.Set aside a few hours of your time to not use your gadgets and talk to others.
15.Spend time with your grandparents.
16.Donate clothes to a charity.
17.Invite a friend to attend church.

19.Count your blessings this year by writing them down in your journal.
20.Sell something important to you to buy a gift for someone you love.

What Jesus taught
1.Freely have ye received freely give.
