Upex has made the switch to a start and end time each day for voting!
A long awaited change has been made at Upex!
The voting service @upex announced today that they have made the switch from voting users every 24 hours to instead setting up a start and end time each day.

Going forward, the service will upvote users every day, 1x per day, with midnight UTC being the start and end point each day.
So for example, if a user posted right before midnight, they would get their upvote for the day, and then if they posted right after midnight they would get their upvote for the next day even though the upvotes were only a short time apart.
This change was made because many users were having trouble posting around the same time each day and were having skipped upvotes because of this.
I suspect this will be a welcome change by many of the current users of the @upex service and one I am looking forward to as well.
Many of the other services operate with a fixed start and end time each day and this will put @upex firmly on the same level.
Upex is an upvote delegation service that offers users 20x upvote value for their delegations, making it one of the largest upvote services on steemit.
