At the meetings, camps or events that we do with the children of the club, both adventurers and conquerors, there is always a moment of distraction and games.
These activities are to test different skills, teamwork, competition and above all fun, they are truly unforgettable moments and we can see the children live their emotions to the fullest.
When the last day arrives, all the children already know that this moment is coming. In a camp the day before (I have published it) the games were a little more complex since the group of those who participated were teenagers from 10 to 16 years old. But several adults also participated (it is impossible to stay away from the desire when there are such fun and complicated games). On this occasion, since the games were for younger children, from 6 to 10 years old, everything was less dangerous.
A mi particularmente me tocó cuidar el juego de la soga, consistía en que los niños y niñas debían cruzar I was particularly in charge of the tug-of-war game, which involved the boys and girls having to cross from one end to the other by stepping on a rope and holding on to another. It was a lot of fun since some of the very young ones could barely hold on with their hands, but there we see how each one tries hard to achieve it and the rest of the team encourages and helps them so that they reach the end they need to reach. This and many other games made me reflect on the importance of games of this type and that they participate as a team, this faithfully reflects teamwork and helps those who are shy or embarrassed to be more outgoing, among other things. I have also seen that it helps a lot with self-confidence and therefore with confidence in their teammates. Some games motivate you to help your teammate so that the whole team comes out victorious. Although in this series of Games there is no competition as such, naturally this occurs between participants and between teams, so they surpass themselves to achieve more than they imagine.
Many teenagers and young people recall memories of their adventurous days, times when they participated in these types of games when they were the same age, they are truly unforgettable experiences.
After playing, getting dirty and tired, they went straight to the pool to cool off and get clean again by lunch time and return home.
