En esta ocasión la rutina de ejercicio matutina ha sido solo una pequeña parte. Hoy se juntaron muchos temas y todos muy importante, desde hace unos días vengo escribiendo temas relacionados a la productividad y hoy lo he puesto a prueba al máximo. Desde hace casi dos semanas estoy trabajando con un cliente que deseaba comprar un departamento, varios días de negociación y adecuando la financiación conforme a sus posibilidades, la idea era cerrar la transacción esta semana. En el Gym me encontré con otra cliente y se me acercó indicándome que se le complicaba cruzar todos los días el puente internacional desde Brasil a Paraguay, ya identifiqué la posible solución, en dos minutos le compartí una opción de departamento para que se pueda mudar, inmediatamente quedó encantada y coordinamos una visita para las 11:00 am. saliendo del Gym a las 09:45 para llegar a la oficina antes de las 10:00 am, horario en el que tenía una presentación de un proyecto para un cliente inversionista. En ese momento me llama el interesado en comprar el Depto y quería realizar la transacción entes de las 11:00 am.

At the Gym I met another client and she approached me telling me that it was difficult for her to cross the international bridge from Brazil to Paraguay every day. I already identified the possible solution. In two minutes I shared with her an apartment option so she could move. She was immediately delighted and we arranged a visit for 11:00 am. leaving the Gym at 09:45 to arrive at the office before 10:00 am, a time when I had a project presentation for an investor client. At that moment, the person interested in buying the apartment called me and wanted to make the transaction before 11:00 am.
En ese momento, en segundos tuve que tomar varias decisiones, inmediatamente llamé a la interesada y se la derivé para que le atienda @egonz, de manera inmediata conectaron y se pusieron de acuerdo. Luego en 5 minutos ya estaba en la oficina listo para recibir al cliente de las 10:00, llegó e inicié la presentación de un desarrollo para inversión, en ese momento @egonz me indica que alguien está en la puerta de la oficina y pregunta por mi, para mi sorpresa era el cliente que quería comprar ya el departamento, hablamos unos 5 minutos y nuevamente tuve que optar por decisiones que de alguna manera me colocaban en una situación algo complicada, pero avancé con determinación, tomé la posta de lo mas importante, lo urgente lo postergué y otras cosas delegué, volví a la reunión a las 10:20, el cliente me estaba esperando, culminamos de manera exitosa la presentación y a las 11:10 me informan que la transacción de compra se realizó con éxito.

Ahora faltaba el alquiler que había derivado a @egonz, desde ese momento coordine con la arquitecta para una reunión con otros inversores cuyo interés es desarrollar un edificio y les estoy haciendo la asesoría. En medio debíamos comprar los regalos para los clientes, firmar el contrato en la escribanía y retirar nuestras hijas del colegio, Otro momento de toma de decisiones, inmediatamente fuimos a realizar las tareas que eran mas importantes y no podían ser postergadas, debíamos estar con los clientes inquilinos y propietario. hemos llegado a tiempo, allí gané otro futuro negocio de referido (Los clientes inquilinos necesitan que le consiga un local comercial para iniciar un nuevo negocio).

In the middle we had to buy gifts for the clients, sign the contract at the clerk's office and pick up our daughters from school. Another moment of decision making, we immediately went to carry out the tasks that were most important and could not be postponed, we had to be with tenant and owner clients. We arrived on time, there I won another future referral business (Tenant clients need me to get them a commercial space to start a new business).
Terminando con este momento, iniciamos el viaje a retirar a nuestras hijas del colegio (13:30) y a las 14:00 tenía mi reunión junto a los inversionistas y la arquitecta, gracias al trabajo en equipo con mi esposa bajé a mitad de camino (Las calles de Ciudad del Este estaban colapsadas debido al tránsito de extranjeros brasileños ya que en el vecino país es un día feriado). He aquí otro momento de toma de decisiones, la arquitecta iría a buscar mis materiales, mi esposa buscaría a las niñas. Finalmente iniciamos y culminamos la reunión de forma exitosa, desde allí (15:30) a la oficina para realizar algunos informes, enviar unas opciones a clientes y a celebrar con mis compañeros de equipo y brokers. Esto no termina allí pero el resto, por ejemplo: de Ida a nuestro hogar, ya en el supermercado me encontré con un cliente que me había consultado por la compra de una casa la noche anterior, en el supermercado tuvimos nuestra charla de 15 minutos, despues llegar a casa y relajarnos para la cena y el descanso.
