I could use a little help

So I tried to power down all of my Steem a while back because I thought I was going to cut myself some slack and get out of the race to focus on the family and now that I've cashed out my yummy hundreds and have come back, I have absolutely NO voting power and Steem power at all.

I'm like basically stranded here not being able to do anything.

Has anybody ever gone through this tough time? I'd love to hear about what you guys are doing to get your account back on track again?
