New but old to Steem

Hey everyone,

I'm new to Steem but I'm also old to it at the same time. I joined in January 2018 when I first purchased a few STEEM coins. I've endured a very big loss on my coins that I didn't want anything to do with Steem again after that. I made an account in January of 2018 as well but haven't used it until today. Recently I loaded up on some more STEEM because I still believe in the overall vision.

Steemit seems very popular now compared to two years ago and I think I will pop in here and there to read some crypto related posts. I think the one thing that drives this cryptocurrency is the active community. This is basically a social media website that is very similar to Reddit. I think the community will continue to grow and strive. STEEM has been in the news the past month and are still holding a good spot within the top 100 cryptos. 2020 will be a good year for STEEM in my opinion.

HODL to all and have a nice day!

P.S. I also own some TRX and didn't find out about the acquisition by Justin Sun until I read it in the trending section on Steemit.
