New Artist Spotlight: K Avenue

By now I am sure you are all aware of my intense appreciation for SoundCloud. One of the underrated aspects of the platform is the ability to build connections and help each other grow. Quentin Branch from the Chicago rap group, Angry Blackmen, reached out to me and told me about a SoundCloud artist who goes by the name of K Avenue.

K Avenue only has 3 songs but every single one of them is great. He has his own vibe which is super important if you want to make something of yourself in the rap game. Whether it's a hard trap beat or a slower chill beat I believe K avenue can handle it all.

He has released his three songs over a span of three months and sadly he has not gotten the attention he deserves. One of my personal favorites is his track titled "Far from finished". I like all kinds of hip-hop, but in "Far from finished" K Avenue pretty much combines everything I like about the genre into one song. That is reason numero uno it is on the "JayG Entertainment Top 25" playlist.

K Avenue has a very bright future and I am a very big fan of his. I suggest you keep him on your radar or you will miss his rise to success.
