When I think of government I think there are too few. We have 7 billion people and 170 governments. That’s not enough competition or enough choice.
I think it should look like picking health insurance. What plan, at what cost, for which benefits. Then everyone can have what they want.

It's interesting (to me anyway) how you word this. I see the words competition and choice, and think free-markets. If we did have this choice as you wish for, it wouldn't be called a government, it'd be called an association.

I am with you that the need for choice is paramount and we should strive to bring that about sooner than later.
