I think that the initial rush is over for steem but that does not mean it will not average back up again. I think as the interface for steemit improves and is more welcoming to the average Joe or Jill that it will find new value. It is incumbent upon us to produce content that people want to see and develop ways that new authors can make market and earn steem.
