Steem down for maintenance on Poloniex and Bittrex, so why is the price fluctuating?
Can someone explain to me how Poloniex and Bittrex combined have 96% of the total trading volume of steem, on both exchanges steem is down for maintenance so wallets are shut down and there is no selling or buying happening, and yet the price is fluctuating between $1.30 and $1.10.
I understand the price going down, but up???
