Thx for reply. I get that far. It appears to log in, but I do not get the 'new' menu that you show in step 4 (it still shows 'Log In'. And the 'Menu' button you show alongside 'My Account' does not show either. I will contact @reggaemuffin and/or @furious-one as you suggest.
