I don't really think of myself as an early adopter because it seems like I know so little and so may others are light years ahead.

However, if I look forward, I can see how all of this is so much in it's infancy and I'm grateful to be a part of it. I'm even in before my children which is a first. Well not so much in relation to my daughter by certainly to my son.

I don't think he can quite get his head around the fact that I'm making real money. But then neither can I.

But beyond that, the implications for connection and community are mind boggling. I've only been here 6 weeks and I've already had so much more joy from Steemit than I ever received from Facebook.
