Wirex . Das traurige Jubiläum / The sad anniversary (german/english)

Hallo STeemianer/inen,

ich schreibe aus einen traurigen Grund. Vor einem Jahr habe ich noch viel won Wirex gehalten. Man konnte nicht nur schnell in vielen Cryptwährungen wechseln, es gab auch eine sehr günstige Prepaid Kreditkarte dazu.ICh nutze sie oft und auch mit höheren Beträgen. Doch dann geschah etwas was ich mir bis dahin nicht vorstellen konnte. ich sendete einen Guten Freund 0,3 ETH. was normal ein paar Minuten dauerte wurde zur warte Probe. am Abend wurde ich unruhig da es in der Blockchain als erledigt galt. wo war also das geld hin? Tja die Antwort habe ich nach einem Jahr noch nicht., ich habe mich natürlich vor einem Jahr mit dem Support auseinandergesetzt. Im Chat hiess es (und kein scherz fast immer der gleiche wortlaut) das es ein Technisches problem ist an dem gearbeitet wird Ich bitte geduldig sein soll und er guckt das er den vorgang wiederholte. doch es geschah nix. ich war schon stamm Kunde im Support Chat. ich schrieb auch Tickets. zu anfang beruihgte man mich auch dort (mitlerweile werden die TIckets garnicht beantwortet)
Auch per Email gab es keine befriedigende Lösung. es gibt halt ein Technischen fehler der behoben wird und ich geduld haben solle.
Nach einem halben Jahr und viel generve und Geduld meinerseits. meinte man das man immer noch dran arbeite man mir aber schonmal eine wiedegutmachung von 20 euro Gutschreibt. das is skurill. was habe ich den mit dem Technischem defekt zu tun. den können sie ja auch Lösen wenn sie mir mein Geld gutgeschrieben haben. 20 euro gehen. 0.3 eth bis heute nicht., heuite war ich im support chat und wieder das gleiche .... auf emails und tickets bekomme ich keine antwort. ich fühle mich so hilflos. und habe den faden beigeschmack von betrug. wenn die hier und da mal was verschwinden lassen. geht das in die locker 6 stelligen bereich. wirex is ja auch nicht sehr klein. man kennt es ja....

ich bin für jeden ratschlag und teilen des beitrages sehr dankbar. natürlich auch für likes :-)

I am writing for a sad reason. A year ago, I still held a lot won Wirex. In the chat it was said (and no joke almost always the same wording) that it is a technical problem that is being worked on I please be patient and he looks that he repeated the process. but it happened nothing. I was already a regular customer in the support chat. I also wrote tickets. at the beginning they also advised me there (meanwhile the TIckets are not answered at all).
Even by email there was no satisfactory solution. there is just a technical error that will be fixed and I should have patience.
After half a year and a lot of generve and patience on my part. they said that they are still working on it, but they have already credited me a wiedegutmachung of 20 euros. this is scurill. what do I have to do with the technical defect. they can also solve if they have credited me my money. 20 euro go. 0.3 eth until today not., today I was in the support chat and again the same .... on emails and tickets I get no answer. I feel so helpless. and have the thread aftertaste of fraud. if the here and there times what disappear. that goes into the loose 6 figure range. wirex is also not very small. you know it yes....
