RE: Let's Show Justin Sun How The Steem Community Feels About Migrating to Tron
@hobo.media Sure, he can move his share and the shares of those who are loyal to him. But isn't the blockchain supposed to have defense mechanisms against him taking away all Steem tokens into another network?
"you go to war with the army you have, not with the army you would like to have"
Yes!, the Steem community are that defense mechanism.
It is not programatically coded in the chain, but its ingrained in the community.
Good, we'll do fine then
Are you sure?
Here is how things will probably play out:

Its not gonna be easy, but its a huge opportunity to improve Steem.
Its not going to be an in-protocol problem. Let's say you refuse to be involved with the swap. You have two options, sell your STEEM now or watch what happens to the value of your STEEM when all the exchanges delist your STEEM for his TRC20 tokens.
Ever wanted the opportunity to get 1,000,000 STEEM for cheap? You're probably going to see that opportunity come if we do a Steem Classic fork, because Steem Classic will be on no exchanges. The only way we could get decent liquidity for Steem Classic is if we built a bridge to Ethereum so that Classic STEEM could exist in Uniswap.
Justin is not the only person in the world that knows how to play dirty, I assure you.
