Read the post. Sure increased access, etc. But why is Netcoins specifically relevant? I have never even heard of it.
I have never heard of it either. But it doesn't matter... If you can buy STEEM in 171,000 retail locations around the globe and get free media coverage, that is basically the marketing that Steemit Inc is NOT doing for us. This is huge.
I don't think they will sell huge volumes, but they will definitly make steem more recognized. Most people have never heard of STEEM, because there is no marketing for it yet.
I guess they want it to reduce vote manipulation. But you can just use a throwaway e-mail for it anyway.

up voted steem, of course. How come such a shitty coin can be ranked first? HOW COME? Steem / XVG, OK I got it, they both have working products. But Paccoin? Did not even know it existed before I saw it on this list.
Their users probably cheated by using voting bots/ multiple emails per person. It is actually very easy to cheat, but they don't tolerate it and will remove those votes.
