Golos has implemented hardfork 16.3 already, while Steem hasn't it yet.

As for Steem on link below

you can see that the majority of witnesses use software version 0.16.1 and 0.16.0 on their nodes.
Why did this happen? Is it good or bad thing? Let's discuss it in comments section.
I wish I knew all the changes it included. Without that information I can't discuss it...
I agree... I just started posting over on golos.io and heard about the hardfork yesterday. I tried looking at older posts about their hardfork (chrome translated) and theres too little info that I could discuss about it... for me it's a wait and see type of deal.
