When will the price of steem come back up?

It's been more than a year I joined this steemit blog, but I've never felt the pleasure of a steem pool. This is because I joined when the price of steams gradually declined until now the price of steams has reached its lowest point. I hope that steem prices can go up so that they can reach the peak of their wealth in the past. But when will it happen?

Hopefully after the steemfest in Bangkok many investors will be interested in investing in steams and steem prices can go up again.
