Memorial Ahsan Manzil
Dating from 1872, the must-see Pink Palace was based on the site of an old French production line by Nawab Abdul Ghani, the city's wealthiest zamindar (landowner). Somewhere in the range of 16 years after the royal residence's development, it was harmed by a tornado, at that point modified amid reclamation, winding up considerably more stupendous than previously. Ruler Curzon remained here at whatever point he was around the local area.
After the demise of the nawab (ruler) and his child, the family fortune was scattered and the royal residence in the long run fell into decay. It was spared from insensibility by monstrous reclamation in the late 1980s, supported by photographs of every one of the 23 rooms, taken amid the high purpose of the castle's history. The photographs are still in plain view, as are different family representations and the skull of Nawab Abdul Ghani's most loved elephant, Feroz Jung.
