Is the Bottom in?
The crypto market is recovering after Bitcoin crashed down to around the 9K level. Is the bottom in? Maybe, we will see.
There’s been so much said about Bitcoin being dead or too slow, but I don’t believe that at all. This crash has shown that Bitcoin still has a huge effect on the entire crypto market. Although it’s been a rough start to 2018, I am very optimistic for the rest of the year. My prediction is Bitcoin will be over $50K by the end of the year and Steem will be around $12-$15. Steem on everyone!

Let's see what happens, I'm no expert, but I think BTC may be overvalued. It was a great proof of concept, but there are now so many great alternatives to store and send value electronically.
I think the market is slowely starting to recover now and I think it will just take a few weeeks

Not sure about the price prediction (only because i never seem to be "on the money" with that sort of thing) but I do agree that you should not underestimate the power of BTC, it has a strong influence on all the other players. I certainly hope that Steem does do well as it is an ecosystem that I fully support (checking into it brought me to Steemit) Having said that, as I currently live in Tonga, I have not been able to get my hands on ant Steem as the area is not supported by many exchanges, I suppose it is ML - KYC issues (which I fully understand). As soon as it lands on one of the exchanges that I can access I hope to go shopping. Cheers for the post J
