Amazing article, Matt, I am not in the position to be frustrated with the way music industry works, but it's the second part of your point that I resonate with the most. Trying to build a following on any social platform is like pulling teeth and to me the whole idea of steemit was just extremely refreshing in it's own right. I can only hope my enthusiasm will continue to grow as it has so far and that the platform will find better UI and UX solutions to discoverability and fair attention to growing numbers of user submissions.
