Looking forward to more videos like this one. Just a short note: you're trading STEEM not Steemit. Steemit is the company running the steemit.com website and developing the blockchain code, but the currency itself is called Steem.

It should be noted that Steem is kind of unique system. It has quite high inflation so everybody who wants to hold long term should buy Steem Power or Steem dollars. This is why there will be probably long downtrends in steem price every now and then. That's why it's good to check how total market cap evolves over time.
Hi samupaha, thanks for commenting. I made the video and am very excited about Steemit and I think you are absolutely correct, for a big picture view we should keep an eye on market cap. This market is just so new that it's hard to get a hold of solid data. Keep watching out for more videos!
