The trend in the last 12 months has been downward despite HF20 Velocity. If I imagine myself at October 2017, then looks like right time to buy and bet on the 2019 HF21 STM Fork, and see if really takes off.

Steem wasn't the only coin to suffer. If anything, everything went down and never truly recovered. It's entirely possible that we have finally found our equilibrium. And that's not a bad thing.
Today crossing line downward 0.80 > I don't see any positive impact of hf20
